​RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICIES


CHECK-IN is from 1 p.m. - 8 p.m. on the date of arrival. All boaters must register in the office upon arrival.

LATE CHECK IN is available only upon request and arrangements must be made in advance by contacting the office.

CHECK OUT is 11 a.m. on the departure day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, for any reason, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to the first day of your reservation.

Any cancellation made with less than 48 hours prior to the first day of reservation will forfeit any and all refunds.

REFUND POLICY:
There is no refund for any cancellation made within less than 48 hours prior to the first day of reservation.

Any cancellation made prior to the 48-hour window, is entitled to a partial refund. The online booking service fee is non-refundable.

All refunds will be processed back to the credit card used to make the original reservation.

Beadle Bay Marina & Campground

Rules and Regulations
Resident/Guest/Parent Responsibility:  All persons residing here in the marina and campground are responsible for their acts and conduct.  This includes behavior of their children, guests and pets.

Quiet Hours/Noise Disturbance:  Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 8:30am.  Radios, stereos, televisions and loud conversation are not allowed during these hours.  Remember, sound is magnified and travels over water.  Drunkenness, immoral or unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated.  No fireworks of any kind are allowed.

Pets:  Visiting pets are not allowed.  Seasonal and short term residents must provide current vaccination records.  Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.  Pets must be walked outside the immediate campground and marina areas and all solid waste must be picked up and properly disposed of.  Noisy and unruly pets will not be allowed to remain in the campground or marina.  No pets shall be left unattended.  If you leave the campground, pets must be housed inside your boat or RV.

Campsites:  No refuse, grey water or excrement shall be thrown, pumped or discharged on the ground.  Garbage must be placed in the dumpster.  Fire pits are not to be used as trash receptacles.

Docks:  No fishing or admittance to docks by persons other than the boaters assigned to the appointed slip.  Oil, fuel or solid waste is prohibited from draining into the water.  Report all fuel spills to management.  Stones, rocks, cans, bottles or debris of any kind should not be thrown into the water.

Parking:  Parking of boat trailers and boats on trailers will not be allowed on or at campsites.  Jet skis are considered boats.  Only 2 vehicles may be parked on your campsite.  No parking is allowed on vacant campsites or bath house walkways.  Vehicles in excess of 2 must be parked in guest parking to the east of the boat launch area.

Motor Vehicles:  The maximum speed in the campground is 10 miles per hour.  Children are at play so drive cautiously.  Golf carts and motorized scooters may only be driven by licensed drivers and are not to be driven on grassy public areas.  Please keep all wheeled vehicles off the grass and hills surrounding the bath house.  Bicycles or non-motorized conveyances are not to be ridden across other resident’s lots or grassy public areas.

Restrooms and Showers:  These facilities are provided for seasonal residents and guests only.  At no time will dishwashing or laundry be permitted in the restrooms or showers.  All facilities should be left clean and neat after use.  Children under 12 years of age shall have parental supervision.

Gasoline:  We accept cash and credit cards for fuel and services.  We appreciate your patronage at our fuel dock.

Firewood/Ash bore & Fire pits:  No firewood may be brought into the campground from outside Huron County.  Fire pits must be attended at all times when in use.  Fire pots are to be burned with a reasonable amount of wood.  You will be notified if your fire is unreasonable.  Please be considerate of sparks.  These can damage awnings and boat canvas.  All fire pots must be 4 foot away from the back fence line.  Combustible materials in the vicinity of open flames are the responsibility of the residents.  Make sure your fire is out before retiring for the night.  No bonfires outside of fire pots.

Advertising/Solicitation:  No commercial business advertising or soliciting will be allowed on premises.  Only residents may provide lot/dock numbers to outside contractors.  This information will not be given out in the office.

Right to Evict:  Management reserves the right to immediately evict, without notice at its sole discretion, any person who violates these, or any other posted, rules and regulations or seasonal agreements.

Release and Responsibility:  Residents hereby acknowledge that they have checked the premises and accept them “as is” in their present condition and as being safe, and hereby release management and owners from any responsibility from injuries or damage occurring upon or in any way connected with premises or nearby roadways.
